Refund / Return Policy

Shipping
The buyer will be responsible for properly shipping back the items using a traceable ground shipping method:

We're not responsible for packages lost during return shipment.

Returns & Exchange Policy
Our return and exchange policy are 30 days after purchase. We will not accept any return or exchange after 30 days of purchase.  Any item that is returned more than 30 days will be returned to the sender. ALL RETURNS MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO BE RETURNED. Contact us at customerservice@basicmovesonline.com with the order number and the product for which you would like a refund or exchange, along with a description of your concern or complaint. We will respond to your return request as soon as possible. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We require a copy of the invoice or proof of purchase enclosed with your return or exchange item/s. State clearly the reason for return or exchange. We will process accordingly and as soon as we can. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) such as items not in their original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 

Service Fee/ Restocking Fee
A service fee/ restocking fee may be charged on return items in situations such as buyer changes minds, buyer remorse, buyer refuses delivery, or price difference.

Damaged Exchange 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing. If defective or damaged, send us an email at customerservice@basicmovesonline.com with the picture of the garment. We will inform you how to proceed after we review the photo. We will credit you back for shipping if the damage and defect are due to manufacturing. 

Cancellation Policy
Your order CANNOT BE CANCELLED OR MODIFIED in any way once it has been submitted. You are responsible for checking and verifying the information that you have submitted within your order.
